Saturday dates in wedding season (September to May) tend to book out 4–6 months ahead. For weekday or off-season events, a few weeks' notice is usually fine - but the earlier you lock in your date, the more likely we can match your first-choice booth.
Every package includes delivery, setup, pack-down, a trained attendant for the full booking, unlimited prints, and a digital gallery delivered within a few days. Nothing is added to your invoice afterwards - the price you're quoted is the price you pay.
Travel within Caloundra to Noosa and the hinterland is included. For events further out, we'll add a small travel fee to your quote - we'll always tell you upfront, before you book.
Yes, if your attendant's schedule allows it. Extra hours are billed at a flat per-hour rate on top of your package - ask your attendant on the day or let us know in advance if you think you'll want more time.
Roughly 3m × 3m of level floor space and a standard power outlet within 5m - we'll confirm exact dimensions once you've picked a package.
Always. We don't run unattended or self-serve setups - someone from our team is with the booth for the entire booking, managing props, troubleshooting on the spot, and keeping the queue moving.
Let us know as early as you can. Indoor venue changes are usually no issue at all; if the booth needs to move outdoors, we'll talk through weather cover on the day. Cancellations more than 14 days out are fully refundable.
Included with the Classic and Premium packages, it's a short edited video built from your event's booth footage - ready to post as-is. It's delivered alongside your photo gallery, usually within 3–5 days of your event.
You do. Your digital gallery is yours to keep, share and post however you like - there's no watermark and no ongoing licence fee.
Instead of booking one event at a time, we agree on a fixed number of activations per quarter at a set monthly rate - with branded overlays, guest data capture, and a short performance report after each one. Get in touch and we'll put together a quote based on how often you'll need us.
